1.Quinoa & Apple
It’s for the people who extremely love eating quinoa. This is a complete protein diet, which is full of the absolute amino acid range. The alkaline minerals present in the food contains heaps of vitamin b2 and fiber. It is flavorous, quick and easy to cook.
1 cup of Quinoa, 1 apple, Fresh lemon juice to taste and Cinnamon.
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions given in the packet. You can also wash the quinoa in a sieve and can add 50% more water than quinoa, which means for 1 cup of quinoa you have to add 1.5 cups of water. After that boil and simmer the quinoa for 20 minutes. When the mixture is into a boiling point, grate the apple in and cook for a one minute, shred in the zest of the lemon and as per your taste squeeze a little lemon into it. Your dish is now ready to serve.
Serve warm with a sprinkle of cinnamon for better taste.

2. Spinach Chips:
You need 2 large handfuls of spinach and 1 Tbsp olive oil with 1/2 Tbsp Italian herb seasoning, while 1/8 tsp sea salt. Just bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes and you will get the mouth watering Spinach Chips.
2 cups of fresh spinach, 1⁄2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, Salt to taste
First preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Put a few drops of oil into it. Cover the leaf with lightly coated in oil but not too much of oil, otherwise it won’t let the spinach to turn crisp. Sprinkle the spinach with Italian herb seasoning and salt. Spread and arrange the spinach in a single layer without keeping them overlap. Just bake for 8 minutes and leave it on the baking sheet for about 2-3 minutes.
